Eco Wool Implementation
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Eco wool is a surprisingly effective, high-quality, and ecological thermal insulation material. It is made from cellulose fiber (81% sorted waste paper) and natural salt blends (12% antipyrine and 7% antiseptic). Eco wool is a harmless material used to insulate residential, public, and industrial buildings in both new and refurbished buildings. It has been used in the United States, Canada, Finland, and other parts of the world for more than 60 years.
Eco wool insulation 15 cm thick is equivalent to:
- 18 cm of mineral wool,
- 46 cm of aerated concrete,
- 50 cm of wooden logs,
- 35 cm expanded clay,
- 146 cm for a brick wall.
Eco wool - a fire-resistant material that protects the building's structures and prevents fire from spreading. A special mixture of natural salts, patented by leading European manufacturers, is added to the composition of eco wool. This will prevent eco wool from igniting, as in the event of a fire, crystalline water is released, which dampens the flame and protects the structures from destruction. Fire tests in eco-wool insulated buildings show that eco-wool insulation stops the spread of fire in the building.
Nowadays, when we feel a lot of stress on a daily basis, peaceful rest from noise is more important than ever. Ecowool-insulated buildings have excellent sound insulation. Eco-wool 15 mm thick dampens 9 dB noise. Over time, the thermal protection properties of eco-wool do not lose, its service life - more than 70 years. Has experience in Germany, England, and Canada. This material is perfect for all types of homes and, thanks to antiseptic protection, is especially suitable for wooden constructions.
ECO WOOL Economy (Celulozes)

Eco-wool is a breathable, moisture-regulating, ecological thermal insulation material that will not only retain heat in residential homes, but will also reduce monthly heating costs. EKOWOOL is an ecological thermal insulation material. The production uses a secondary raw material - newspaper waste paper. Ekowate is a friendly material for the environment and people - it is not harmful to health, and its production process does not pollute nature. By choosing Ekovati, the end consumer contributes to the protection of the environment. EKOWOOL is a very effective thermal insulation. Thermal conductivity coefficient λ = 0.039W / mK. It envelops the house, blocking air leaks, which leads to heat loss. Ekovate creates a dense seamless filling, it fits evenly even in narrow and hard-to-reach areas of the building structure (for example, near pipes and wires).
Type of application | Machine operation on horizontal surfaces | Machine operation on sloping surfaces | Machine operation on vertical surfaces |
Application density | 27-40 (kg/m3) | 40-50 (kg/m3) | 45-60 (kg/m3) |
PRICE - 1m3 costs from 20.98 eur / m3 with VAT (Application with X-FLOC + material)
